Ce problème se produit car votre version d'apt est "trop ​​ancienne" et ne prend pas en charge les packages utilisant "Provides:" versionné.

Vous pouvez vérifier votre version apt avec 

apt --version

"versioned provides" a été ajouté dans apt 1.0.7, mais Ubuntu 14.04 est livré avec apt 1.0.1.

L'avertissement est inoffensif. Si vous voulez vraiment le supprimer, vous pouvez compiler apt à partir des sources vers une version qui prend en charge les versions fournies.

@fkraiem Je n'ai pas recommandé de faire cela. Je le dis comme le seul moyen que je connaisse pour supprimer l'avertissement. J'ai délibérément dit "compiler" au lieu de "mettre à jour" et je n'ai pas inclus la sudo make installcommande à la fin des instructions.

La vraie solution semble traquer le paquet incriminé et demander au responsable du PPA de le réparer.

Depuis que le problème est survenu à cause de certbot, j'ai ouvert le numéro 6063 pour résoudre ce problème. Ce commentaire demandait au responsable du PPA de résoudre le problème.

A partir du lundi 23 octobre, cela a été résolu. Assurez-vous de le faire

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

Pour obtenir les modifications.
