Comment puis-je ouvrir Dolphin dans un certain dossier à partir du terminal?

Je voudrais ajouter une icône de démarrage à ma barre des tâches qui s'exécute dolphinmais commence initialement dans un dossier que je voudrais spécifier

le manuel Dolphin n'explique pas cela.
