En essayant d'installer HTK 3.5.1 sur une nouvelle plate-forme exécutant Ubuntu (techniquement, dans Docker), j'ai rencontré le même problème que l'OP. J'espère que ça aidera quelqu'un…

Sur Ubuntu 14.04.3, j'ai pu compiler HTK en utilisant:

./configure --without-x --disable-hslab

Je soupçonne que cette solution ou nils donnerait les mêmes résultats, mais n'a pas pris la peine de tester.

Pour info, cela a également fait l'affaire sur macOS.

Sur Ubuntu 16.04 et 18.04, j'ai fait la même chose mais j'ai également dû éditer HLMTools/Makefile.insur L.77, où j'ai remplacé les huit espaces blancs par un onglet, car le compilateur est plus pointilleux.

Bien sûr, si vous avez besoin de HSLab, cela ne vous aidera pas. Vous voudrez peut-être tenter votre chance avec la nouvelle version de HTK , 3.5 (actuellement en version bêta.)
