J'exécute sur Ubuntu 16.04 avec le noyau 4.16.3, à la fois sur mon ordinateur de bureau et portable, chaque fois que j'essaie de mettre à niveau vers un noyau plus récent avec UKUU échoue la configuration du package et me renvoie cette erreur (exemple d'installation de 4.16.6) :

dpkg: error processing package linux-image-unsigned-4.16.6-041606-generic (--install):
dependency problems - leaving unconfigured

Et la seule solution est de le supprimer, comment puis-je le résoudre?

Pour contourner les linux-headererreurs d'installation plus récentes , téléchargez: libssl1.1

Téléchargez les noyaux plus récents que vous voulez et votre ~/Downloadsdevrait ressembler à ceci:

Je viens d' essayer 4.14.38ce soir et il présente les mêmes erreurs que 4.14.36et 4.14.37que décrit dans le présent rapport de bogue .

L'utilisation d'ukuu pour installer les noyaux après la version 4.16.3 nécessitait ces étapes

1. installez libssl1.1 à partir de https://packages.ubuntu.com/bionic/amd64/libssl1.1/download
2. installez les modules linux correspondants deb pour le noyau

Par exemple, pour le noyau 4.16.7, saisissez le deb du module linux de

• http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v4.16.7/

Vous pouvez trouver votre noyau sur -> http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/

Le noyau fourni avec Ubuntu 18.04 a des problèmes de luminosité pour mon ordinateur (Lenovo IdeaPad S400). Cela a été résolu en mettant à jour la version du noyau.

J'essayais plus tôt de mettre à jour le noyau vers la version 4.16.6 en utilisant le logiciel UKUU et cela n'a pas fonctionné. Ensuite, j'ai suivi les instructions dans (en utilisant le terminal): Comment mettre à jour le noyau vers la dernière version principale sans mise à niveau de Distro?

Pour mon ordinateur, j'ai téléchargé les packages suivants (dans http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v4.16.6/ ):

1. linux-headers-4.16.6-041606_4.16.6-041606.201804300418_all.deb
2. linux-headers-4.16.6-041606-generic_4.16.6-041606.201804300418_amd64.deb

Ensuite, en suivant les instructions du lien ci-dessus, j'ai écrit:

cd /path/to/folder/where/you/put/the/debs

sudo dpkg -i *.deb

Cela a parfaitement fonctionné.

Le problème que j'ai rencontré avec la dernière série de noyaux Linux (c'est-à-dire après K4.16.3>) est que les fichiers "linux-image.deb" ne sont PAS signés. C'est le manque de fichiers binaires signés qui est à l'origine de tous les problèmes, c'est-à-dire ne parvient pas à installer, le système ne fonctionne qu'à toutes les tentatives.

La seule solution IMO est de retenir et d'attendre patiemment la prochaine version majeure du noyau, c'est-à-dire K.4.17 ou même K5.0 dans l'espoir que les fichiers linux-imge.deb requis incluront la signature de clé nécessaire et s'installeront ainsi sans aucune difficulté .
