Erreur sysprep sous Windows 10: impossible de généraliser l'installation car les hologrammes_1.0.0.0_neutral_ ne peuvent pas être supprimés mais n'existent pas.

J'utilise Windows 10 Professional, V 1703, build 15063.483. Ce n'est pas une machine virtuelle.

J'essaie sysprep.exede préparer ce système d'exploitation à la transplantation dans un nouveau châssis.

Comme indiqué ci-dessous, syspreps'arrête avec une erreur à propos de Package Holograms_1.0.0.0_neutral__cw5n1h2txyewy was installed for a user, but not provisioned for all users. This package will not function properly in the sysprep image..

J'ai lu cet article de Microsoft qui corrige cette erreur.

Cet article recommande à une série de commandes PowerShell de supprimer de force l'acte répréhensible. Cependant, lorsque je cours Get-AppxPackage -AllUser | Where PublisherId -eq 8wekyb3d8bbwe | Format-List -Property PackageFullName,PackageUserInformation, Holograms_1.0.0.0_neutral__cw5n1h2txyewyn'apparaît pas dans la liste , je ne peux donc pas l'enlever.

En cours d'exécution regedit.exeet en recherchant la chaîne Holograms, je vois quelques clés dans Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ActivatableClasses\CLSID\{9673ECB9-5770-42FB-8E65-841A76DD4DC4}et Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ActivatableClasses\Package\Holograms_1.0.0.0_neutral__cw5n1h2txyewyet Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Extensions\ContractId\Windows.Launch\PackageId\Holograms_1.0.0.0_neutral__cw5n1h2txyewy mais les tentatives de sauvegarde du registre et de suppression des clés échouent lors de la suppression de la clé.

Holograms n'est pas répertorié dans mes programmes installés.

Cela se produit lorsque vous supprimez manuellement les packages intégrés. Vous devez vous connecter en tant qu'utilisateur sur lequel ce paquet est installé et supprimer la référence au paquet désormais inexistant. Même si vous réussissez dans syspreping, vous risquez de vous retrouver avec un système qui ne se mettra pas à jour. J'ai trouvé cela après avoir créé mon image et déployé le test. Le dernier ordinateur déployé n'a pas pu exécuter la mise à jour Windows. Vous voudrez peut-être recommencer.

Windows ne peut pas supprimer Microsoft.Holograms_1.0.0.0_neutral__cw5n1h2txyewy car ce package n'est pas installé sur l'utilisateur actuel.
