Je veux répliquer les choix d'installation Debian faits pour la configuration actuelle de mon système dans l'installation d'un nouveau système.
Debian peut être préconfigurée via un fichier de "pré-configuration" (aka "preseed"), qui contient essentiellement les réponses aux questions que l'installateur posera.
La documentation indique qu'une façon de créer un fichier de préconfiguration à partir d'une installation existante de Debian est de:

debconf-get-selectionspackage debconf-utils pour sauvegarder à la fois la base de données debconf et la base de données cdebconf de l'installateur dans un seul fichier:

Mais il ajoute alors immédiatement:
Cependant, un fichier généré de cette manière contiendra certains éléments qui ne doivent pas être prédéfinis ...
La documentation ne précise pas ce que seraient ces éléments qui ne devraient pas être préconfigurés.
Quelqu'un pourrait-il élaborer?
À titre d'illustration, ci-dessous, j'inclus le deuxième champ de la sortie que j'obtiens des deux commandes ci-dessus, où je n'ai conservé que les lignes qui commencent par d-i, ainsi que les commentaires, parfois tronqués par souci de concision. (La raison de ne conserver que les lignes de configuration commençant par le d-ifait que dans l' exemple de fichier de pré-configuration fourni par Debian, seules ces lignes apparaissent.)
