Échec de l'installation de vc_redist.x86.exe: 0x80240017 Erreur non spécifiée

Un installateur m'a dit que je devais d'abord installer Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013et a donné le lien https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=40784

Malheureusement, ce lien, après quelques étapes de sélection, ne télécharge rien, j'ai donc malheureusement dû obtenir le fichier ( vc_redist.x86.exe) de SoftPedia (même si je n'aime pas obtenir les fichiers de sites non officiels).

Quoi qu'il en soit, lorsque j'essaie d'installer cela vc_redist.x86.exesur Windows 7 Professionnel 32 bits, j'obtiens cette erreur:

Après quelques tentatives (les premières ont échoué), j'ai pu télécharger depuis microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=40784 en utilisant Firefox.

Votre erreur pourrait bien être due au fait que vous essayez d'installer la version 2015 au lieu de la version 2013 ...

@DavidPostill: Comment avez-vous réussi à télécharger? Je continue d'appuyer sur "Réessayer" mais cela ne semble rien faire ... Le rechargement du lien ne fonctionne pas non plus. J'ai essayé Chrome, Firefox et même IE sur Windows et Linux.

Cela fonctionne pour moi si j'y vais via cette page support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2977003 peut-être qu'il définit un cookie ou quelque chose? Si j'utilise votre lien directement, cela ne fonctionne pas.

J'ai installé Windows 7 Service Pack 1 par mon article ici: https://www.reddit.com/r/techsupport/comments/464swn/microsoft_visual_c_2015_redistributable_setup/ et cela a résolu l'erreur.

L'installation de SP1 m'a permis d'exécuter le redistribuable Visual C ++ avec succès, plaçant ainsi l'api de dépendance .... dll et permettant à mon programme de s'exécuter.

J'ai téléchargé le fichier .iso pour SP1 à partir d'ici: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5842

Monté et installé à l'aide de: http://wincdemu.sysprogs.org/download/

@Abraxas - Aucune information supplémentaire n'est requise. Cette réponse identifie en effet la véritable raison du problème de l'auteur. Windows v6.1 (Build 7600: Service Pack 0)

L'astuce pour le téléchargement était de NE PAS cliquer sur le gros bouton rouge "Réessayer" et de cliquer sur le petit lien "Cliquez ici" du fichier individuel.

Cela vc_redist.x86.exes'installe avec succès:

J'ai le même problème ... pouvez-vous s'il vous plaît m'aider. j'ai réussi à télécharger l'exe mais l'erreur est toujours là. j'ai essayé beaucoup mais rien ne fonctionne.
