“Redémarrer et sélectionner le bon périphérique d'amorçage” pour la deuxième fois

J'utilise Ubuntu 12.04 et Windows 7 depuis un certain temps maintenant. Il y a quelques semaines, j'ai reçu le message d'erreur ci-dessous, mais étonnamment, j'ai pu redémarrer après quelques jours. Hier, il s'est encore écrasé.
