Macbook Pro 2012 se bloque au démarrage

Je recevais la notification "débranchez le périphérique en utilisant trop de puissance pour réactiver les périphériques USB" pendant un certain temps, mais aucun périphérique USB n'était branché, j'ai donc ignoré le problème. Aujourd'hui, je voulais redémarrer mon Mac, mais après la connexion, j'avais un rapport d'erreur qui ne pouvait aller plus loin.

Essayez de tout sauvegarder et d’effectuer une nouvelle installation de macOS. Sauvegardez à l'aide de time machine et réinstallez le système d'exploitation à l'aide de la partition de récupération . Vous pouvez le faire en appuyant sur cmd pour la récupération locale ou sur cmd opt pour la récupération sur Internet.

Quelques pistes d'action:

1. Réinitialiser le contrôleur de gestion du système (SMC)

Suivez les instructions de la page "Réinitialisation du contrôleur de gestion du système (SMC) sur votre Mac" d’ Apple . Cela ne devrait effacer aucune de vos données sauvegardées.

2. Réinitialiser la mémoire vive non volatile (NVRAM)

Encore une fois, suivez les instructions fournies par Apple à cet effet, à la page "Comment réinitialiser la NVRAM sur votre Mac" . Cela ne devrait également supprimer aucune de vos données sauvegardées.

3. Désactiver le centre de notifications (?)

Essayez de démarrer en mode mono-utilisateur (au Command + Sdémarrage) et tapez cette commande dans l'invite suivante:

sudo launchctl unload -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.UserNotificationCenter.plist

Cela désactivera le Centre de notifications et, à son tour, «désactivera les périphériques USB», en vous donnant accès, espérons-le, à votre système.
