Mon MacBook Pro se déconnecte du réseau Wi-Fi du bureau lorsque d’autres personnes rejoignent le réseau.

J'ai récemment changé de bureau. Le nouveau bureau est situé au centre-ville. Il existe donc plusieurs points d'accès, contrôlés par l'entreprise et externes.

L'ordinateur portable sans fil se déconnecte peu de temps après ma première connexion au réseau le matin. Il semble également se déconnecter lorsque des groupes de personnes rejoignent le réseau tout au long de la journée (après des réunions, par exemple). Je n'ai pas ce problème sur d'autres réseaux.

Le problème ne se produit qu'avec les ordinateurs portables Mac sur notre réseau. Les périphériques Linux, Windows et Android semblent tous rester connectés.

On m'a dit qu'il s'agissait principalement d'un problème personnel et que le service informatique ne pouvait pas l'aider. J'espérais donc que quelqu'un ici pourrait l'aider.

J'ai aussi ce problème constamment à mon bureau. Certains jours sont plus souvent que d'autres. Après avoir lu plusieurs rubriques, je suis parvenu à la conclusion que l'adaptateur sans fil sur Mac était davantage exposé au bruit de réseau (lorsque de nombreux périphériques étaient connectés à un réseau), puis il tombait (la connexion prend parfois un certain temps). Vous pouvez faire l’une des approches suivantes.

  1. Allez dans le menu Pomme -> Préférences Système -> Réseau , sélectionnez Wifi et dans les paramètres

puis appuyez sur OK puis sur Appliquer.

  1. Changez le canal radio du routeur en 2,4 Ghz. Assurez-vous que votre point d'accès Wi-Fi est configuré pour choisir automatiquement le meilleur canal radio à utiliser - car l'environnement de votre radio change en permanence et que le point d'accès doit pouvoir y faire face.

  2. Si votre Macbook Pro ne possède pas de connecteur Ethernet, vous devez vous procurer un adaptateur Ethernet pour éviter toute frustration.

J'écrivais littéralement un commentaire disant que les choses se présentaient mieux et que j'accepterais cette réponse à la fin de la journée si tout restait ainsi. . . quand la connexion est morte.

Malheureusement, l'adaptateur à connecter via le fil sera la solution au problème dans un réseau bruyant. J'ai fait beaucoup de choses et cela arrivera quand même de temps en temps.
